A federal judge on Friday put a temporary nationwide hold on President Donald Trump’s controversial executive order on refugees and Muslim travellers. Following the ruling and breaking news, Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson told reporters, that in the fight to defend the U.S. Constitution there is no one who is above the law, not even the president. Trump’s Travel Ban Suspended

US authorities have rolled back President Trump’s controversial travel ban on people from seven mainly Muslim countries after a federal judge temporarily suspended it. The Department of Homeland Security announced that it had suspended all actions to implement Trump’s immigration order and would resume standard inspections of travelers as it did prior to the signing of the travel ban. The President has said the ruling was ‘ridiculous’ vowing it will be overturned.
