Largely overlooked last week in the wake of President Donald Trump’s court battle was another controversial judicial ruling.

On Thursday the US Court of Claims rewarding Moda Health, an Oregon-based health insurer, $214 million for losses it took participating in the high risk insurance pools established under the Affordable Care Act. The dispute came after Republicans eliminated funding for tax payer subsidies to those firms that lost money writing insurance for high risk individuals.

As state after state lodges various complaints to block President Trump's immigration executive order, it appears he is following through on campaign promises in other ways. What seems to be the first detention of a so-called DREAMer, a 23-year-old illegal Mexican immigrant has been arrested in Seattle by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers.

Does it seem awfully convenient to anyone else that Michael Flynn, a man appointed by Obama to be the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency in 2012 before subsequently being forced into early retirement just 2 years later for being critical of that same administration's handling of the Iran deal, and terrorism threats generally for that matter, has fallen victim to a series of intelligence leaks from a variety agencies undoubtedly staffed with Obama loyalists just 24 days into his tenure as Trump's National Security Advisor?  If so, you're certainly not alone in questioning the circum
