Major General Smedley Butler earned the highest rank in the U.S. Marine Corps, accumulating numerous accolades as he helped lead the United States through decades of war. He later became an ardent critic of such militarism and imperialism.

Presidential Republican nominees Donald Trump and Ted Cruz get their anti-Muslim rhetoric from Islamophobic leaders in the US. These leaders belong to various think tanks and policy groups and have long held anti-Muslim ideas which they have promoted throughout the years via books and the conservative media, and is now on display in the presidential race.

Well, the remaining three Republican presidential candidates held a town hall meeting hosted by CNN and Anderson Cooper on Tuesday evening and while the hours-long spectacle scored a "zero" on substance it clocked in at a solid "nine" on entertainment value.
