A judge denied bail Friday for the four people who are accused of torturing an 18-year-old man with special needs and streaming it live on Facebook.
The so-called 'Facebook-Four' - Jordan Hill, 18; Tesfaye Cooper, 18; Brittany Covington, 18; and Tanishia Covington, 24; were each charged with four felonies each including 'hate crime'.

When ZeropointNow posted the absurd video of a white man being tortured by retrogrades, now known to be mentally disabled, people in the comments section didn't believe it was real. For one, they didn't think the criminals who conducted the live torture were that stupid to actually livestream it, effectively assuring themselves prison time. And secondly, people doubted their fellow human beings could be so cruel.

It appears Newt Gingrich was right in his outrage at the hypocrisy surrounding the kidnapping and abuse of a mentally-ill white teen by four young black assailants. Despite the suspects shouting "fuck Donald Trump" and "fuck white people", Chicago police said today that they do not believe the attack was motivated by race, more likely due to his "special needs."
Update 3: Jordan Hill, 18, of Carpentersville; Tesfaye Cooper, 18, of Chicago; Brittany Covington, 18, of Chicago; and Tanishia Covington, 24, of Chicago; were each charged with aggravated kidnapping, hate crime, aggravated unlawful restraint, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and residential burglary, according to the Cook County state's attorney. Hill was also charged with robbery and possession of a stolen motor vehicle.

British children as young as seven are to be taught in schools to stop using the terms ‘boys’ and ‘girls’ – in case they discriminate against transgender pupils – as a taxpayer-funded book about transgenderism is being rolled out to primary schools across the United Kingdom. The book — Can I Tell You About Gender Diversity? — focuses on a 12-year-old who is transitioning from a girl to a boy through drugs. It also lays out ‘ground rules’ for children to follow, advising against using language that suggests there are only two genders. It also condemns saying ‘ladies’ and ‘gents’.
