London’s transport bosses are actively discussing plans with Google to bring trials of its autonomous cars to the UK. The deputy mayor for transport Isabel Dedring met with Google to encourage the American tech giant to extend its pilot scheme from across the Atlantic to the streets of London. It would be the first time Google’s self-driving cars would be tested outside of the United States. Chris Hill-Scott invented the iPhone keyboard app, that uses artificial intelligence to predict the next written word, with two other partners. The predictive text app was sold yesterday to Microsoft for a massive £174 million. Google Project Zero researcher Tavis Ormandy has delved into security software offered by anti-virus firms and has found holes in three of their ‘secure’ browsers. Engadget reports: After recently exposing holes in products from Trend Micro and AVG, the bug hunter has recently gone public with three issues found in software offered by security firms Avast, Comodo and Malwarebytes that allow attackers to access unsuspecting users’ PCs.

The World Zionist Organization (WZO) is about to launch a new app which they say will be a search engine for content that is anti- Semitic. Using a new algorithm, the ‘sniper’ app will be able scan the net looking for anti-Jewish content. Once checked, action can be takes as needed.
