In 1937 the CIA authorised a plan to ethnically cleanse the entire Haitian population by orchestrating Plan Osorio – a U.S. government-backed project that allowed the brutal murder of 6,000 Haitians in the Dominican Republic.  Over the next few decades, the U.S. government continued its eugenics program on the Haitians via biological and weather warfare. Abreureport.com reports: The dictator of the Dominican Republic, Rafael Trujillo, was not a very articulate man, and he was a poor orator; most Dominicans today would not recognize his voice.

Some believe that China’s dispute with America’s allies in The South China Sea may be the cause of the next world war. Now, the U.S. Navy has announced plans to patrol the disputed islands in the South China Sea in April. This mission comes after China has repeatedly told the United States to stay away from its international affairs. According to The New York Times: The exact timing of the exercise and which ship would travel inside a 12-nautical mile limit around a disputed island was not immediately clear.

Pentagon Enrolls Syrian Rebels In New Training Program

The US is training “dozens” of  Syrian rebels to fight ISIS  in Syria, despite the failure of the Pentagons previous multi million dollar effort. Washington previously struggled to define which fighters ‘deserved’ to get US funds and equipment, with most of the equipment and recruits somehow getting lost or ending up on the side of terrorists. RT reports: “Dozens of people are now being trained,” US Army Colonel Steve Warren, a Baghdad-based spokesman for the US-led coalition, confirmed to reporters.
