Cannabis Ingredient To Be Classified As Medicine In UK

Cannabidiol (CBD) one of the main ingredients in cannabis is about to be classed as a medicine by the UK medicines regulator. The decision made by the government’s Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) came about following claims that the drug successfully treats serious diseases. RT reports: The new classification means products containing CBD can now be legally distributed across the UK.
