Belgium Cancels All Air, Rail Traffic Into/ Out Of Brussels; Military Deployed

In the wake of the three (and now possibly four) explosions that rocked Brussels on Tuesday morning, Belgium has cancelled all air and rail traffic to the city

Eurostar has suspended all service to Brussels following a deadly explosion at Maelbeek metro station were more than 20 were reportedly killed this morning. 

Meanwhile, all flights from the Brussels airport are cancelled. 

Pentagon To Install £200 Million Spy Center In UK

The Pentagon have announced plans to build a new £200 million spy center in the UK this week, which will act as the U.S. military headquarters for all military data in Europe and Africa.  The Joint Intelligence Analysis Center will be located at RAF Croughton, and will become the headquarters for all European and African military communications, staffing 1,250 people and analysing intelligence from over 50 countries.

West Should Stop Trying To Export Failed Democracy

Most attempts by Western countries to “export democracy” to the Middle East and Africa usually fails due to the fact that Western democracy is flawed.  German newspaper Deutsche Wirtschafts Nachrichten (DWN) says that establishing democratic order alone is not enough to ensure social and political stability in foreign countries. Sputniknews.com reports: In early 1990s, many African countries established formal democracy. They started to organize elections and make a show of sticking to democratic principles, but in fact have been far away from the real division of political power.
