CDC Says Americans Are Fatter Than Ever Before; 40% Of Adults Now Considered Obese

Despite the best efforts of our political elites to ban sodas, among other products deemed unhealthy by our growing nanny state, Americans just continue to grow ever fatter.  According to a new study from the Centers for Disease Control, 40% of Americans are now obese, a new all-time record high, and over 70% are overweight.  Per NBC:

A brand new Manhattan Shake Shack set to open its doors later this month in Astor Place will offer guests all the same great-tasting burgers, dogs and shakes as other locations but it will be missing one costly component that most other restaurants still depend on: cashiers

As the NY Post points out today, Shake Shack will be using it's newest location to test a fully automated ordering system that will allow customers to order at kiosks or via the company's app and then pick up their food once they get a text.

Somehow, Boston 25 News has obtained exclusive photos from what they describe as "police sources" purportedly showing the guns used during Sunday night's massacre in Las Vegas, where a 64-year-old shooter with a room full of weapons fired on a country music festival from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay casino and resort, killing 59 people and injuring more than 500.
