General Flynn's tenure in the White House was only slightly longer than that of President-elect William Henry Harrison in 1841.  Actually, with just 24 days in the White House, General Flynn's tenure fell a tad short of old "Tippecanoe and Tyler Too".  General Harrison actually lasted 31 days before getting felled by pneumonia.

It is a comparison that many are making.  Donald Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee for president, is very similar to Ronald Reagan, the 40th President of the United States and icon of modern conservatism.  While these two men share some cosmetic similarities on the surface, in reality they are very different in many ways.  Thus, those that are seeking to conclude that a Trump presidency might follow a similar course to that of Reagan’s are likely to discover a much different outcome than they might expect.

Forget about the number of superdelegates; or the several undemocratic manipulations by the Democratic National Committee (DNC).  The reality that stands out loud and clear at the end of April, with almost two-thirds of the primary-caucus vote having been cast, is that Hillary Clinton is commandingly leading Bernie Sanders in the democratically-chosen delegate count by a tally of 55 percent against 45 for the senator. 

WSJ Fires Back At Trump: "He Would Rather Walk Down Fifth Avenue And Shoot The Messenger"

In addition to the usual suspects (WaPo, HuffPo) over the past few days a new media nemesis has emerged for Trump: the Rupert Murdoch-owned Wall Street Journal.

On Thursday, Trump posted several of tweets in response to a Journal editorial that criticized him for refusing to participate in a debate next week, for being unwilling to consult foreign policy experts and other issues. This is what he said:
