Henry Kissinger has met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in order to warn him that Russia needs to cooperate with the Western plans for a “New World Order”. According to Kissinger, Russia and the U.S. need to develop a partnership, as each ‘superpower’ has an important role to play in shaping the new world order in the future, and both powers combined will ensure a more coordinated approach in its creation.
