Secretary of State John Kerry has outlined the U.S. government’s plans for a New World Order type of “borderless world,” that he says is our inevitable future. During his commencement speech at Northeastern University, Kerry slammed Donald Trump for suggesting the U.S. builds a wall to keep out terrorists.
