The U.S. government have announced plans to make it illegal for anybody to own a mobile home, or tiny house, without a special license – in a bid to eradicate offgrid living in America. Following on from local governments around the country criminalizing private rainwater collection, the federal government now want home owners to obtain a special license from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) authority to verifiy that their home conforms to the same standards that recreational vehicles (RV’s) are required to have.

Recently, we’ve shown where wealthy people reside within the US, and where they’re fleeing from (here, and here). We now present to you the US city that is winning the race to drive out their wealthiest taxpayers. 

As the Chicago Tribune reports, that city is none other than Chicago, Illinois. 

Millionaires are leaving Chicago more than any other city in the United States on a net basis, according to a report by New World Wealth.
