The Clinton Foundation is discontinuing the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) amid an FBI corruption investigation. In a WARN (The Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act) notice filed with the Department of Labor last week, the Clinton Foundation announced it would be laying off some 22 employees at their primary networking platform. The Clinton Foundation attained notoriety during the election thanks to leaked emails by WikiLeaks. They showed the organization to be an entity that did not serve the US national interest.

After the election, many speculated that the probe of the Clinton Foundation would be laid to rest.  But now, according to an exclusive report from the Daily Caller, senior officials at FBI headquarters in Washington DC have apparently instructed agents in the New York field office to continue their investigation of the Clinton Foundation.  According to the source, the instructions were passed on to the NYC field office last week and involves operations in at least five cities, including: New York, Little Rock, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles and Miami.

The FBI have resumed their criminal investigation into the Clinton Foundation, following the election of Donald Trump. Agents at FBI headquarters have confirmed that their New York field office are to continue the probe into issues of corruption and money laundering connected to the Clintons. Dailycaller.com reports: “There were no instructions to shut it down, to discontinue or to stand down on the investigation, but to continue its work,” the former official told the Daily Caller News Foundation in an interview.

Angela Merkel has been caught funnelling over $5 million of German taxpayers money to the Clinton Foundation in an underhanded effort to try and influence the recent U.S. elections. Between July and September 2016, Merkel gave millions of German taxpayers money to the Clinton Foundation, according to German newspaper Die Welt. Legalinsurrection.com reports: According to a newly surfaced donor list, the Clinton charity received around $5 million from Germany’s Ministry for Environment.
