A popular young German comedian may face a jail sentence of up to five years for insulting Turkish leader president Recep Tayyip Erdogan live on TV.  Jan Böhmermann read out a self-penned poem on Thursday evening which mocked the President, and Turkey have threatened to press charges against the comic.
