Mass Evacuation In Mexico As World’s Most Dangerous Volcano Rumbles
The Popocatépetl volcano, one of the worlds most dangerous, has sent a mile high toxic plume of ash into the air, sparking a mass-evacuation of people living within 10 miles of it. The volcano is just 35 miles from Mexico City, the world’s fourth most populated city and home to 20 million residents. Authorities say the risk of the volcano erupting is severe, and the lives of millions is potentially at stake.
