After years of tangential accusations, which never amounted to anything concrete, George Soros' alleged meddling in European politics has finally caught the attention of Congress.

Marine Le Pen has warned that Paris is on the brink of a total civil war, as media outlets across Europe refuse to report on the situation.  Paris has been under martial law for around 2 years with riots, rape and murder filling the suburban streets. With French police routinely fleeing from armed rioters, Marine Le Pen has urged President Hollande to address the growing concern that Paris is about to fall into complete civil war as rioters close in on the city center.

With the S&P making new all time highs on a daily (and hourly) basis, and the VIX just why of all time lows, one has to look hard to find something that is amiss with the "market." Which is precisely what SocGen's Andrew Lapthorne did recently, and in his latest report he warns that global indices hitting all time highs is "disguising an underbelly of trouble."
