A study has revealed that the shingles vaccine increases the risk of other people around the vaccinated person getting chicken pox.  Shingles, also known as “zoster”, affects 1 out of every 3 American adults, with one million cases of shingles recorded each year in the U.S. alone. The largest ever study conducted on the artificial sweetener Aspartame has concluded that the chemical additive may cause death as a side effect of consuming it.  The study, put together by researchers from the University of Iowa, looked at 60,000 women who were addicted to aspartame in soft drinks over the course of 10 years. Researchers found that consumption of two or more of these drinks per day made the women more likely to develop cardiovascular disease – and subsequently die an early death.
