A seven-year-old from northern California who donated his hair to a cancer charity has sadly been diagnosed with aggressive stage four cancer. Vinny Desautels grew out his hair for two years before cutting it to give to “wigs for kids with cancer” “I want to help people so they don’t have to go to the doctors to fight cancer.” he said. He has recently been diagnosed with the devastating disease himself. Fox40 reports: Thirteen inches of hair gone with the snip of some scissors. “And then everyone got excited when mom cut the ponytails off. I was happy,” Vinny said.

A new scientific study suggests that brushing your teeth twice a day with toothpaste is detrimental to your health. A chemical found in toothpaste could be destroying the good bacteria in the gut necessary for optimal well-being. The Mirror reports: Triclosan, an anti-microbial and anti-fungal agent used in making toothpaste, has been found to destroy good bacteria necessary for human health. The chemical, which is also found in soaps, deodorants, mouth washes, kitchen utensils, cutting boards, toys, bedding, socks and rubbish bags, is readily absorbed through the skin.

A McKinsey study shows Obamacare insurers lost money in 2014 and the losses doubled in 2015.

Amazingly, the study concludes there’s nothing to worry about because “30 percent of insurers nationwide were profitable.”

Meanwhile, outright refusals to accept Obamacare mount. “Sorry, We Don’t Take Obamacare” is now a frequent response.
