India Sue US Over WTO Violation

India are filing 16 cases against the US for violating WTO treaties, according to local media reports.  Delhi say that some U.S. programs in the renewable energy sector violate global standards. RT.com reports: When asked whether Delhi is planning to “to file 16 cases against the US for violating WTO treaties,” Commerce and Industry Minister Nirmala Sitharaman replied positively.

Ancient Egyptian Goddess ISIS Discovered In India

The ancient Goddess ISIS, usually associated as being of Egyptian origins, may have actually originated in India, as several eminent scholars have discovered.   Ancient-origins.net reports: One of the great, largely untold adventure stories of late antiquity is the journey to the East, from Egypt’s Red Sea ports, across the open ocean for 40 days and 40 nights, to the legendary entrepôt of Musiris, on India’s southwestern or Malabar coast, in what is now modern state of Kerala.

ISIS Threaten To Wipe Out Hindus In India

ISIS have threatened to “wipe out Hindus” living in India, with the help of local mujahidin, according to a new interview published in Dabiq Magazine.  In the interview the head of ISIS in Bangladesh, Shaykh Abu Ibrahim al-Hanif, said the terrorist organisation is planning to use militants in neighbouring countries to carry out guerilla attacks across India. Deccanchronicle.com reports: The terror group said that it aims to implement Sharia law in the country.

Strong Earthquake Hits Myanmar, Sends Tremors Across India

A strong 6.9 magnitude earthquake struck Myanmar (formerly Burma) on Wednesday. Tremors were felt in parts of India and Bangladesh. International Business Times reports: The earthquake’s epicenter was in Myanmar, but its effects were reportedly felt in nearby Indian cities, including Delhi, Patna, Guwahati and Dehradun. In addition to the tremors, power outages ensued in the Indian state of Assam, where the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, otherwise known as the United Kingdom’s Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton, are visiting.
