U.S. district judge Rosemary Collyer has ruled that Obamacare has been unconstitutionally funded without the appropriate approval from Congress.  House Republicans have been given the go-ahead to sue the Obama administration for the government’s illegal implementation of Obama’s signature healthcare law. Latimes.com reports: On Thursday, she ruled the administration is violating a provision of the law by paying promised reimbursements to health insurers who provide coverage at reduced costs to low-income Americans.

A hacker in Florida exposed security vulnerabilities in one county’s elections web domains so officials could fix the problem — but, instead, he ended up behind bars.

Hacker David Michael Levin, owner of Vanguard Cybersecurity, was arrested on Wednesday after the Florida Department of Law Enforcement received a referral from the Lee County Sheriff’s Office after his apparently misguided attempt to help prevent election fraud by pointing out online vulnerabilities.

Healthcare insurers are already taking it on the chin. Some insurers got out of the healthcare business entirely, others stopped coverage in multiple states due to mounting losses.

What happened is healthy individuals, especially millennials decided to opt out of Obamacare. Those who opted in after having been denied coverage previously were high-cost individuals.

Adding fat to the fire, a federal court ruled today that “cost sharing reductions”  to insurers are unconstitutional payments.

Another holistic doctor has been found murdered in her home, stabbed more than thirty times by somebody that police say had “no motive” to kill her.  76-year-old Dr Rasmussen, a former Quincy College Professor, taught nutrition at college and advised students on how to use nutrition to live a healthy life. Healthnutnews.com reports: She was 76 and “a devoted grandmother, and former foster mother to at least 20 kids,” said her daughter.

For example, it could lead to literally be addicted to one's smart phone, or even worse, social media could be used as a final "broadcast" for some that choose to take their own life.
