Since The New York Times published allegations of sexual harassment and assault against Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein in October, there has been a watershed as multiple men in entertainment, media and politics in the U.S. and beyond face allegations ranging from inappropriate behavior to forced sexual misconduct to rape.

A couple of days ago we noted a lawsuit filed against Tesla in the Superior Court in Alameda County which, among other things, alleged that his Fremont manufacturing facility was a "hotbed for racist behavior" in which employees and supervisors "regularly use the 'N word.'" Bloomberg summarized the case as follows:

Harvey Weinstein’s days as a free man are numbered. Last week, the NYPD’s first detective revealed that investigators believe they have enough evidence to charge Weinstein with rape for reportedly twice attacking actress Paz de la Huerta in 2010 at her apartment, and revealed that an indictment could be approved by a grand jury as soon as this week.

A new FBI report indicates that hate crimes committed against white Americans are the fastest growing racial hate crimes in the United States.

The FBI report on 2016 Hate Crime Statistics shows that in 2016, there were 876 reported anti-white hate crime offenses in the United States. In 2015, this number was 734, indicating a 19.34 percent increase.
