In the history of every new community, the transition from the founder to the next generation of leadership is a positive sign of growth and maturity. I am happy to announce that the monastic community of Norcia has reached this important moment.
Did you see the Benedictine Monks of Norcia on CBS Sunday Morning yesterday? These are the guys I’m going to spend a week with next month, and who are going to be a key part of the Benedict Option book! I had no idea that their recording of their Gregorian chanting had his No. 1 on the Billboard classical charts. See here to learn more about that particular monastery.
