Authorities May Take North Korea’s Latest Video Threat More Seriously

North Korea have released a new video warning America that it intends to drop a nuclear bomb on the country. The video ominously titled “Last Chance” shows a submarine launching a missile from the ocean, before exploding over Washington in a giant mushroom cloud. Dailystar.co.uk reports: A message shown on the screen in Korean translates as: “If US imperialists move an inch towards us, we will immediately hit them with nukes.” The digitally enhanced images show the nuke exploding over the US capital, setting the American flag alight at the same time.

North Korea Launches Ballistic Missile Into Sea Of Japan

North Korea has fired a ballistic missile off its east coast into the Sea of Japan. A South Korean defence ministry spokesman said the missile was fired from Sukchon in the country’s southwest at 5.55am local time on Thursday. The South Korean military said it was closely tracking and monitoring the situation and maintaining a readiness posture for any North Korean provocation. The launch has been confirmed by U.S. officials. RT reports: The rocket flew some 800 kilometers before plunging into the sea, according to Yonhap.

UN Demands Prosecution Of North Korea Over ‘Crimes Against Humanity’

The UN have demanded that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un be prosecuted for ‘crimes against humanity’ due to his ongoing pursual of nuclear weapons.  Marzuki Darusman has urged the United Nations to hold Kim and other senior North Korean officials accountable for their ongoing development of weapons of mass destruction whilst ignoring the fact that many of its citizens lack access to sufficient food. North Korea Escalation: South Korea, U.S. Prepare For Nuclear Attack

The United States federal government have told authorities on the West coast to make emergency plans in case of a nuclear attack by North Korea, as the situation between North and South Korea have taken a dangerous turn this weekend.  South Korea have warned that they may be forced to react militarily if North Korea continue to provoke them: “If the North continues to make provocations despite the stern warnings made by our military, it is inevitable for us to roll out a strict response that may lead to the destruction of the Pyongyang regime,” the South Korean Chiefs Of Staff said on Satur
