A major police investigation has been launched after a severed human head was found in a skip in Cambridgeshire, England The head was found by a quarry worker at the Mick George quarry in Mepal, between Chatteris and Ely, on Monday afternoon. A quarry worker, who asked not to be named, claimed his colleague spotted the head lying on top of a skip and believed it to belong to a woman in her 30s or 40s.
