Flynn Blames "Escalating Public Frenzy" For Refusal To Comply With Subpoena

Several hours after the AP reported that former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn would refuse to comply with a Senate subpoena, nor produce requested documents as he prepared to plead the Fifth, his lawyers explained that a daily "escalating public frenzy against him" and the Justice Department’s appointment of a special counsel "have created a legally dangerous environment for him to cooperate with a Senate investigation."

Biden 2020: Former VP Continues To Fuel Speculation Of Presidential Ambitions

Last week at the SALT conference in Las Vegas, Joe Biden sent some mixed messages about a potential 2020 presidential run.  First, he took a shot at Hillary saying she "was never a great candidate" though he followed that up by adding that she "would have been a really good president"...which makes perfectly good sense.  Then Biden went on to talk about how he has no intentions of running in 2020 just before confirming that he "may very well do it."

For Trump's two main White House policy advisors (aside from Goldman Sachs, of course) chief of staff Reince Priebus and chief strategist Stephen Bannon, the confusion over the "orb" event may have been too great.
