Many of these apparently high incomes are completely absorbed by high-cost upper middle class expenses.

Since the top 10% takes home 50% of all household income, it follows that this top slice has most of the discretionary cash, i.e. net income left after taxes, servicing debt and paying for essentials such as food, utilities and housing.

A New Poll Says British Media Is The Most Right Wing In Europe

The British media is perceived to be the most right-wing in Europe, framing immigration in a particularly negative light, according to a new poll. The survey, conducted by YouGov, examined the views of people from Britain, France, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland where British respondents noted a right wing bias in the UK press. RT reports: Published on Monday, the poll asked participants whether they think their state’s media coverage of five key issues is too right-wing, left-wing or balanced. Policy areas examined were immigration, health, economics, housing and crime.

As you might have heard, quite a few of the millions of asylum seekers that have inundated Western Europe are having a rather difficult time adjusting. Specifically, there seems to be some confusion about pool etiquette.

Last month, Bornheim - a town of 48,000 some 30 km south of Cologne, Germany - banned adult male asylum seekers from the public swimming pool after numerous reports of sexual harassment and “chatting up” - whatever that means.

The use of biometric national identity cards, using rfid chip technology, is continuing to grow around the world.  One man has recently become the very first person able to board a plane due to an rfid chip implanted into his hand. Pressfortruth.ca reports: Around the world there are various endeavors in many countries which are seeking to promote rfid technology and biometric identification. According to a report in 2014 by Acuity Market Intelligence, it was estimated that in five years, roughly half of the world population will be registered with national biometric identification cards.
