If the nationalists get their way, this November might be the last time Texans vote for a US president.

On Wednesday, the Platform Committee of the Texas Republican Party voted to put a Texas independence resolution up for a vote at this week's GOP convention, according to a press release from the pro-secession Texas Nationalist Movement. The resolution calls for allowing voters to decide whether the Lone Star State should become an independent nation.

North American silver investment via its domestic supply suffered another large deficit in 2015.  How big was the deficit?  It was huge, surging 70% compared to 2014... and this only includes silver investment from two Official coin sales.

If yesterday's selloff had a specific catalyst, namely some of the worst consumer retail earnings seen in years, it merely undid the Tuesday rally which levitated global risk with no fundamental driver, aside for a 200 pip spike in the USDJPY.  Some central bankers may even say it was a "magical" levitation.

Members of the Delhi-based Hindu Sena are asking for divine intervention to help Donald Trump become the next U.S. president. Hindu Sena organised a Hawan (prayer ritual) on Wednesday at the popular monument Jantar Mantar in New Delhi, chanting invocations, asking for the Republican nominee’s success in the 2016 US elections.
