North American silver investment via its domestic supply suffered another large deficit in 2015. How big was the deficit? It was huge, surging 70% compared to 2014... and this only includes silver investment from two Official coin sales.
If yesterday's selloff had a specific catalyst, namely some of the worst consumer retail earnings seen in years, it merely undid the Tuesday rally which levitated global risk with no fundamental driver, aside for a 200 pip spike in the USDJPY. Some central bankers may even say it was a "magical" levitation.

India are filing 16 cases against the US for violating WTO treaties, according to local media reports. Delhi say that some U.S. programs in the renewable energy sector violate global standards. RT.com reports: When asked whether Delhi is planning to “to file 16 cases against the US for violating WTO treaties,” Commerce and Industry Minister Nirmala Sitharaman replied positively.
