The escalating scandal over Jill Stein's recount effort continued this morning, when President-elect Donald Trump early Sunday predicted on Twitter that a recount effort in three states will not change the results of the election. “Hillary Clinton conceded the election when she called me just prior to the victory speech and after the results were in. Nothing will change,” he tweeted.
Jill Stein's credibility seems to be sinking fast as both the Obama administration and the Clinton campaign have released statements this morning indicating they've failed to uncover a single shred of election hacking evidence. The Obama administration confirmed their confidence in the election results via comments made to the New York Times saying that the election was "free and fair from a cybersecurity perspective" and that votes "accurately reflect the will of the American people."
This morning Hillary Clinton's campaign general counsel, Marc Elias, confirmed what we all knew already, namely that Jill Stein is likely acting at the direction of the Clintons in her recount efforts in WI, MI and PA. The money raised by Jill Stein for a recount in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania may not actually go towards the recount, according to small print on Jill’s website. According to the Jill 2016 website, money pledged towards the recount could end up going towards other causes. Thegatewaypundit.com reports: Trump won Michigan by 10,704 votes and .2% of the vote. Trump won Pennsylvania by 57,488 votes and .96% of the vote. Trump won Wisconsin by 27,506 votes and .93% of the vote. It would be nearly impossible for switch the results in any of these three states.
