Eight people have been injured and two are hospitalized after a car has crashed into a wall at Amsterdam Central Station, according to the Amsterdam police while onlookers claim that the driver crashed into the crowd; the driver has been arrested.

Witnesses say several police cars and ambulances were on scene
In a tweet, the Amsterdam Police reported that at 9pm local time there has been an Incident at the Amsterdam Central Station where a car crashed against wall.

In subsequent tweets the Police also said that the driver was parked in a place where he wasn’t allowed to stop and drove off when approached by police on Saturday and ran into a wall.
