Update 1: Following the cancellation of what was supposed to be a bipartisan meeting at the White House to discuss the budget and tax reform, President Trump just wrapped up a brief press briefing that touched on everything from his spat with "Chuck and Nancy" to North Korea's latest missile launch.
On tax reform, Trump predicted that "adjustments" will be required to get a bill through the Senate:

Meanwhile, despite the fact that "Chuck and Nancy" didn't show up, Trump described his meeting with Republicans as "somewhat of a lovefest."

On North Korea's launch earlier today, Trump said simply "we will take care of it."

Following an eventful morning for Trump that has included everything from a Twitter spat with "Chuck and Nancy" over budget and tax reform negotiations, to yet another North Korean missile launch, the White House has just announced that the President will address reporters around 3:30pm EST.
