As usual, the rabbit hole gets much deeper the more you look.

In yesterday’s post, Credibility of Cyber Firm that Claimed Russia Hacked the DNC Comes Under Serious Question, I examined how CrowdStrike, the cybersecurity firm hired by the DNC to look into its hacking breach, had been exposed as being completely wrong about a separate attack it claimed originated from the same group it claimed broke into DNC systems, and supposedly works for Russia’s military intelligence unit, GRU. Here’s some of what we learned:

What did they expect to happen when they repeat what has not worked in the past?

Huffington Post tracks 205 polls across 25 pollsters and the last few months have seen Democratic Party favorability collapse to its lowest since at least 2012...

The last month alone - with the Berkeley riots, demands for resignations, demands for 'rising-up', continued charges or sexism, anti-semitism, and racism, Russian-connection leaks and faux outrage, and women wearing white in protest - has seen Democratic Party unfavorability soar.

After contentious debate, the Democratic Party has selected a new DNC chairman: Tom Perez. The choice, however, as TheAntiMedia.org's Nick Bernabe reports, is not being celebrated by everyone in the party. In fact, the progressive so-called “Bernie Sanders wing” of the Democratic Party is up in arms, using the hashtag #DemExit, over Perez’ win.
