Eagles of Death Metal Singer: Paris Attacks Were An Inside Job

The singer of the Eagles of Death Metal band issued a bombshell statement on Thursday, claiming that the Paris attacks were an inside job. The singer says he saw security guards at the Bataclan club show signs of having foreknowledge the attacks were going to take place before the audience arrived. Jesse Hughes said he felt uneasy whilst the band were setting up for their November 13 show, when he realised one of the backstage guards refused to make eye contact with the band. “I didn’t like him at all. Shootout In Bastille Area Of Paris, Two Gunmen On Run

A shootout broke out on a major boulevard in the east of the French capital. One man was shot and seriously wounded on the Boulevard de la Bastille in Paris, according to French media. It is understood several shots were exchanged outside a restaurant called Chez Papa. Police have arrested near the scene but local media report that two gunmen are on the run. The motive behind the shootings has not been established The incident comes as Paris is on high alert following the terror attacks In November last year. More details to follow

Update on Bundesbank Gold Repatriation 2015

Deutsche Bundesbank has just released a progress report on its gold bar repatriation programme for 2015 – “Frankfurt becomes Bundesbank’s largest gold storage location“.

During the calendar year to December 2015, the Bundesbank claims to have transported 210 tonnes of gold back to Frankfurt, moving circa 110 tonnes from Paris to Frankfurt, and just under 100 tonnes from New York to Frankfurt.
