National Guard Bringing Water Door-to-Door In Contaminated Michigan

The Michigan National Guard arrived in Flint on Wednesday to help provide emergency relief to hundreds of thousands of people facing toxic tap water. Flint’s tap water became contaminated with too much lead after the city switched its water supply in 2014 to save money. Activist Post reports: A swarm of federal and state agencies are coming with them, including FEMA, the EPA and the CDC.

The mingled wreckage of a Bombardier CRJ 200 plane has been found after it disappeared from radar between Norway and Sweden. The converted freighter was on a mail transport flight when it sent out a distress signal at 11:31pm Thursday night.
