Migrant Flow Sealed Off – Greek Arrival Numbers Plummet

Just last week we reported about Greece deporting migrants to Turkey as part of a mutual deal with the EU. Now, nearly a week later, the number of migrants has dropped severely. According to a report from DW.com: The number of irregular migrants making the dangerous boat journey from Turkey to Greece plunged to 78 in the past 24 hours, the Greek refugee crisis committee said Saturday. Closed borders and the prospect of migrants being sent back to Turkey appears to be stemming the flow.

Government To Spend Over £9m Of Taxpayers’ Money On Pro-EU Propaganda

The British Government is to spend almost £10 million of taxpayers’ money sending leaflets to every household in the country setting out their case for Britain to stay in the European Union. The move has been described by leave campaigners as “disgraceful” Boris Johnson said it was wrong to try to “stampede” voters while Nigel Farage said the document was “full of lies”. Downing Street signed off on plans to spend £9.2m printing and distributing a 16 page glossy leaflet outlining why Britain would be better off in the EU.

Brussels Bomber Worked In EU Parliament

One of the Brussels bombers who killed 32 people on March 22 had previously worked within the European Parliament six years earlier, an EU assembly spokesperson has confirmed.  25-year-old Najim Laachraoui worked as a cleaner in Parliament in 2009 and 2010, just a few years before helping suicide bombers in the Paris attacks last November and then blowing himself up at the Brussels airport attack a few months later. Curiously, Najim Laachraoui had also taken a selfie with German Chancellor Angela Merkel shortly before the terrorist attacks.
