Army Colonel, Top Attorney, And Politician Arrested In Child Sex Sting

A dozen high profile arrests have been made in Florida in a child sex sting involving an army colonel, a politician and a top attorney.  In the last week, police in North Florida arrested a dozen men seeking to engage in sexual acts with children. Tallahassee.com reports: One was a college student. One, Michael Chmielewski, was the manager of the Florida House of Representatives page and messenger program who oversaw hundreds of teenagers each legislative session since he was hired in 2012.

Cleveland Prosecutor Says Dozens Of Pedophile Cases Were ‘Ignored’

Prosecutor Michael O’Malley has uncovered evidence of over 70 child pedophile cases that were deliberately ignored by authorities in Cleveland.  According to O’Malley, authorities in Cleveland ignored around 70 rape and sexual assault crimes involving children. Morningjournal.com reports: “There was a conscious decision (by prosecutors) to make some of these cases inactive,” O’Malley said. “It’s outrageous.” The problem was first reported Monday by Cleveland.com.

Child Rapist Roman Polanski Vows To Return To America

Child rapist Roman Polanski says he plans to return to the United States as long as the government assures him that he will not have to serve jail time for his crimes. The award-winning director has asked the U.S. government, via his attorney Harland Braun, to confirm that he will not have to serve prison time for unlawfully having sex with a 13-year-old girl in 1977. Yahoo News reports: Braun has written to Los Angeles County Superior Court judge Scott Gordon to unseal a secret transcript of the testimony of the prosecutor in the Polanski case, which he believes will confirm the deal.

Secret Service: Trump Motorcade Hit By Unidentified Object

The U.S. Secret Service is investigating reports that an object was thrown at President Donald Trump’s motorcade in Florida on Friday afternoon. An object believed to be a rock hit a car in the procession as the motorcade was making its way from the airport to Trump’s South Florida Mar-a-Lago retreat. The Secret Service has launched an investigation into the incident. Presidential limo “The Beast” was not struck by the object, according to reports.

Congress To Prosecute Hillary Clinton Aide Bryan Pagliano

Congress has vowed to prosecute former Clinton aide Bryan Pagliano for refusing to answer questions about Hillary’s illegal use of a private email server. Pagliano, a former State Department employee, had helped Hillary set up her unsecured private email server, which was then used to illegally transmit classified information. Foxnews.com reports: Rep. Jason Chaffetz of Utah sent a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Thursday asking him to convene a grand jury or charge Bryan Pagliano, the computer specialist who helped establish Clinton’s server while she was secretary of state.
