Russia Deploying 3 New divisions To Counter NATO Buildup At Its Border

Russia is to deploy three new military divisions, two in the west and one in the south to counterbalance NATO’s increased military presence near its borders. Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu announced on Wednesday: “The Defense Ministry is taking a number of measures to respond to the NATO military buildup at the Russian border” adding that two new divisions would be formed in the Western Military District and one in the Southern Military District before the end of the year.

Putin Orders Nuke To Be Fired Over Baltic Sea As Warning To US-NATO

Russian President Vladimir Putin has authorized the firing of a nuclear capable 3M-54 Kalibr cruise missile towards the Baltic Sea as a warning to NATO and the U.S. to cease their efforts in trying to uncover information about the mysterious object known as the “Baltic Sea Anomaly“. Over the last 2 weeks the US and NATO have deployed warships in the Baltic Sea region, cutting off all international shipping traffic to the site where the mysterious underwater object lies between Sweden and Finland.

Friday, a Russian SU-27 did a barrel roll over a U.S. RC-135 over the Baltic, the second time in two weeks. Also in April, the U.S. destroyer Donald Cook, off Russia’s Baltic enclave of Kaliningrad, was twice buzzed by Russian planes.
