US Deploys More Marines To Iraq After ISIS Rocket Attack

Following the death of a US Marine in northern Iraq in an ISIS rocket attack on Saturday, the Pentagon has announced that they are in the process of deploying an undisclosed number of additional Marines to Iraq. The troops will be a detachment from the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit and will be sent support Iraqi forces and international ground operations, according to the Pentagon.

Russia Is Now America’s Number One Threat Says Pentagon Chief

Russia is now the United States’ number one threat, followed by China, North Korea and Iran according to Ash Carter The Pentagon Chief made his remarks during a a Senate hearing on the DoD’s (Department of Defense) 2017 budget request. ISIS appeared at the very end of the Pentagon’s ‘priorities list’. The terrorist group was overtaken by China, Iran and North Korea who were all described as “aggressive” countries.

Pentagon Prepare For Underground War In Major Cities

The Pentagon have announced plans to prepare for wars in megacities such as New York by building huge underground military bases.  The U.S. government have said that a war in a major city is likely to be fought underground and have asked technologists to come forward to help them innovate and prepare for such a scenario. Popsci.com reports: Megacities are a relatively new phenomenon. When the Marines stormed the Halls of Montezuma in 1847, the entire population of the United States was just over 20 million. Today, 20 million people live in or around Mexico City itself.

Why Military Hospitals Are Unhealthy and Inefficient

They should be combined into a single system, but imagine the screaming about lost jobs.
