Pentagon

The Pentagon have expressed concerns over a “newly awakened” Russian navy that appears to possess state-of-the-art technology.  A Pentagon report reveals that the Russian military launched 18 Kalibr-M cruise missiles from warships in the Caspian Sea, successfully travelling 1,500 miles, and striking ISIS targets in Syria.

What we have here is the Pentagon fully protected by plausible deniability. And Islamic State duly weaponized as a proxy/regime change army in Syria. A perfect chaos-provoking tool aligned with the strategic objective of the "Empire of Chaos" in Syria. Oh, but the Pentagon would never engage in such practices, would they?
