Vladimir Putin has announced on Russian television that the New World Order has failed, and claims that the world is now experiencing the final death throes of a dying elitist regime.  Putin told Russia’s NTV channel that the attempts to create a globalist New World Order failed due to people around the world waking up to the insidious truth about the elite’s plans. “This was inevitable.
