Iran Hits Saudis Where It Hurts, Offers Biggest Discount On Asian Crude Since 2007

Iran has extnded its discount on the June contract for its heavy crude going to Asia, just a few days after Saudi Arabia announced a price increase for its own June contract for the continent. With this new discount, Iranian oil will be noticeably cheaper for Asian clients than both Saudi and Iraqi crude.

Police Vow To Continue Investigating Ted Heath Child Sex Abuse Claims

Despite MP’s  raising concerns over the cost of the inquiry, Police have announced they will continue their investigation into allegations of child sex abuse by late Prime Minister Edward Heath. Wiltshire Police Chief Constable Mike Veile has confirmed that the investigation is ongoing and said he is content with the scope of the inquiry. Russia Today reports: In a separate revelation, the police watchdog has found no evidence Wiltshire cops covered up alleged abuse by Heath in the 1990s.

Former US Speaker John Boehner has said that it is very likely that Hillary Clinton will withdraw from the presidential race due to her email scandal. Boehner has been speculating that Hillary Clinton’s legal troubles are so serious that it’s possible we will see Vice President Joe Biden “parachuting” into the race at the last minute Speaking at the SALT conference in Las Vegas on Thursday, Boehner said that Democrats may need to turn to Biden to be their 2016 nominee.
