Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, who was a popular mayor due to his handling of the city in the aftermath of 9/11, has made some shocking statements about presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton. Giuliani told Bill O’Reilly on Fox News that  Clinton helped create ISIS.

Hillary Clinton has promised the American public that she will disclose the secrets surrounding the infamous Area 51 military base to the public if she is elected President.  Clinton told Jimmy Kimmel that she would declassify the government files on the suspected alien/UFO base – barring any national security risk: “I would like us to go into those files and hopefully make as much of that public as possible.
