Submission to the state is a time-honoured tradition, a concept supported by governing bodies since time immemorial.

In days of yore, men submitted to whichever member of the tribe was the mightiest in battle. By doing so, they stood a better chance of succeeding in battle, thereby diminishing the likelihood of their own death or enslavement.

Former world heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson endorses his old friend Republican candidate Donald Trump for president. Daily Mail reports: Iron Mike, the most feared champion in boxing history, has given his heavyweight endorsement to The Donald in two major interviews in New York. Asked if he was in Trump’s corner, Tyson replied emphatically: ‘Yes. All day. Every day. Vote Trump.’ The youngest ever world heavyweight champion also told the ‘Good Day New York’ show on Fox television: ‘If you want to get this city out of a dump you better vote on Trump.

Chief Rabbi Calls For Israeli Troops To Ignore Laws, Kill Palestinians

Rabbi Yitzhak Yosef has urged Israeli soldiers to fulfill their religious duties by ignoring laws and orders and to kill any armed Palestinian. It is not only permissible to kill them, but also a religious imperative. The Rabbi’s comments came after the Israeli Army Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Gadi Eisenkot expressed his opposition to needless killings. “I don’t want a soldier to empty a magazine on a girl with scissors,” he said last month.

Canada Gives Free Computers To Syrian Refugees

Canada has announced that it will provide 7,500 refurbished computers through resettlement organisations to Syrian refugees to help them with schooling, jobs and skills. Israel National News reports: The computers are to be distributed by resettlement organizations through an existing Computers for Schools program that makes computer equipment available “at little or no cost to those who may not otherwise have access to technology and opportunities to learn digital skills,” said a statement. The government also said it would pick up the Can$1.25 million tab ($940,000 US).
