North Korea have announced plans to move forward it’s testing of a long-range rocket launch to as early as Sunday, in an obstinate move against the West who have accused Pyongyang of attempting to perform a banned test of ballistic missile technology. South Korea’s Defense Ministry said that North Korea have moved the launch window to February 7th – 14th.
