Update 2: Dutch authorities have arrested Turkey's family minister and are deporting her to#Germany according to RTL. The escalation may lead to a spike by Turks in the Netherlands, with some speculating that a curfew is imminent:

The UN has accused Turkey of committing serious human rights violations against the Kurds amid a complete blackout by the Western mainstream media. The UN rights office says it has evidence of mass killings, torture, rape and other serious atrocities during operations against Kurdish militants in the southeast of the country since 2015. According to a damning United Nations report, “massive destruction, killings and numerous other serious human rights violations committed between July 2015 and December 2016 in southeast Turkey,” has affected 500,000 Kurdish people.

A U.S. government watchdog is investigating the Obama administration for secretly spending millions of taxpayer dollars on lavish parties at the White House. According to Larry Klayman, founder of Freedom Watch, the former President spent millions of dollars on outrageously decedent parties without any repercussions from within his own government or criticism from the mainstream media.

Bashar al-Assad has condemned US forces for being deployed in Syria, calling them “invaders” without an invitation. “Any foreign troops coming to Syria without our invitation or consultation or permission, they are invaders, whether they are American, Turkish, or any other one,” Assad told Chinese PHOENIX TV. However, the Syrian President said that despite the illegal occupation of his country, he saw promise in US President Donald Trump’s promise to destroy ISIS.  “We have hopes that this administration in the United States is going to implement what we have heard,” he said.

The Syrian President has said that any foreign forces, including those from the US, that enter Syria without permission are invaders. During an interview with Chinese media Bashar Assad said that no one had given the US troops currently in Manbij permission to be there.
