Tennis star and world number one, Novak Djokovic, talks about match-fixing at day one of the Australian Open. There are allegations that tennis authorities have failed to deal with widespread match-fixing. During a tournament in St. Petersburg in 2007, Djokovic’s team were offered to throw a match for £154,000 (Note: some reports indicate the amount to be £110,000) The 28-year-old winner of ten Grand Slam titles believes that match-fixing at the top end of the game is not such a big problem nowadays. “It’s just speculation,” Djokovic said.

If the Republican race were immediately to become a two-person contest between Trump and someone else, it is logical to assume that the other person would have more support.

That would be true if most current non-Trump supporters would all rally behind the other candidate, but there is some evidence that suggests that in a two-way race Trump would run even with or slightly ahead of Cruz and Rubio:

Defender Steve Gohouri Found Dead In River Rhine, Aged 34

The body of the former Ivory Coast footballer Steve Gohouri has been found in the River Rhine after he went missing before Christmas. The BBC reports: Gohouri made 42 appearances for Wigan between 2010 and 2012 and also won 12 caps for Ivory Coast. On 16 December, Gohouri was reported missing after attending the Christmas party of his German club TSV Steinbach. He was meant to visit his family in Paris but never arrived. German police confirmed his body had been found in the River Rhine in the western city of Krefeld.
