The fact that farm incomes have come under increasing pressure over the past couple of years should come as little surprise to our readers (for those who missed our latest update, see: "Midwest Farm Bubble Continues Collapse As Farm Incomes Expected To Crash In 2017").  Unfortunately, at least according to Bank of America's Global Ag Chemical team led by Steve Byrne, farmers shouldn't expect a reprieve any time in the near future.

The scramble for America's bottom dollar is on, and according to a troubling report by Reuters it has prompted America's largest low-cost retailer Wal-Mart to not only cut prices, but to squeeze suppliers in a stealthy war for market share and maximizing profits, a scramble for market share which is oddly reminiscent of the OPEC 2014 price fiasco and is certain to unleash a deflationary shock across wide portions of the US economy.

Numerous Jewish communities across the U.S. have received bomb threats over the past two months. In the latest wave of threats, dozens of Jewish community centers in twelve U.S. states from Alabama to Pennsylvania reported getting bomb threats on Monday. Last week, 10 Jewish centers in five states received similar threats. RT.com reports: US: Jewish community centers in Alabama, Florida, Maryland and North Carolina evacuated in new round of bomb threats.

But Time reports:
