Why Is Obama Moving Troops Into Poland, Provoking Russia Right Before The Inauguration?

A Syrian reconciliation official was shot dead after leaving a meeting with leaders of rebel groups in the Damascus Countryside Province. The killing came a day after a deal was reached to restore water to the area. Retired Brigadier General Ghadban was making his way back to the Syrian Arab Army’s front-lines when a sniper opened fire on his vehicle. As a result of the attack, the truce has been broken, all peace talks in Wadi Barada have been suspended and the Syrian Army are to resume their siege on the final jihadist pocket in this rural area west of Damascus.
The U.S. has imposed new sanctions against the Syrian military, 18 government officials and a tech company, just days before the President-elect Donald Trump is due to take office. The reason cited was “in response to the use of chemical weapons” by the Syrian government, despite no solid evidence being provided.
Jerusalem’s Grand Mufti Muhammad Hussein has voiced his objection to plans by president-elect Donald Trump to move the US embassy in Israel to Jerusalem. Trump during his campaign called for the US embassy to be moved from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, “the eternal capital of the Jewish state.” During a sermon Friday at the al-Aksa mosque the Grand Mufti condemned Trump’s plans and said such a move would be an “assault” on all Muslims.
The attempted assassination of a US consular official and bloody protests, riots and looting that were spilling over into America have forced the closure of the US-Mexico border as the nationwide rebellion continues spiralling towards full-scale revolution. FBI offered a $20,000 reward for information on the attempted assassination. CCTV footage of the gunman, who is still at large, has been posted on the US Consulate’s Facebook page.
