The simmering cold, if heating up with every passing day, war between Trump and the press may be about to turn conventional, with the occasional chance of an ICBM.

Just days after calling out CNN fake news during his first press conference of 2017, Esquire reports that according to three senior officials on the transition team, the incoming Trump administration is "seriously considering" a plan to evict the press corps from the White House.

Eight straight years of warmongering come to an end as US President Barack Obama bows out with his «farewell to the nation» speech this week, as fawning American media dubbed his valediction.

In reality, Obama’s outgoing address should have been billed as a «farewell to arms» made by arguably one of the most belligerent presidents to ever have occupied the White House.

On the verge of his last days in the White House and in a rare display of humility, President Obama admitted to ABC's George Stephanopoulos over the weekend that it is possible, just maybe, that he, and the epic failure of his crowning piece of legislation, Obamacare, could have contributed to the stunning collapse of the Democratic party over the last 8 years.  Well, at least he kind of admitted it before enumerating all the reasons he couldn't possibly be to blame...but it's a step in the right direction.
